10c317e37e Bug 1593847 - Increase the buffer size for reading in /proc/cpuinfo entries r=gsvelto 
On some linux machines, the cpu flags exceed the max buffer size of 512 characters. Doubling the buffer size makes room for these flags, so the minidump writer doesn't exit after reading the first `flags` entry, which falsely interprets the highest cpu id as 0.

Previously this error occurred synchronously during AsyncOpen, and we handled it there.

f1d25c550d Bug 1598516 - Expose a RemoteWindowContext on ParentChannelListener. r=mayhemer,kmag 
Without DocumentChannel, nsExtProtocolChannel::OpenURL calls into nsExternalHelperAppService::LoadURI in the content process.
We then manually forward this to the parent process over PContent, create a RemoteWindowContext around the browser parent, and then call LoadURI again.

With DocumemntChannel, the nsExtProtocolChannel already lives in the parent, so we just need to provide a RemoteWindowContext directly (that the code accesses via GetInterface on the callbacks).

Long term, we want to remove the custom linker (bug 1291377) but without
more effort than where we're at with bug 1598196, it would break using
mozjemalloc.

However, some builds using sanitizers don't use mozjemalloc already,
and in their case, we can already disable the custom linker.

For processes besides the main process, the leak log is derived from
the value of XPCOM_MEM_BLOAT_LOG, but for the main process, it is
simply whatever XPCOM_MEM_BLOAT_LOG is. This patch adds code to handle
the latter case.

It would be nice to share this code with nsTraceRefcnt.cpp, but
NoteIntentionalCrash() is used in the test plugins so I don't think it
can actually call into libxul. The logic isn't all that complex.

de35b308ec Bug 1594035 p2 - Add filler enrollment IDs to old Normandy studies and rollouts. r=Gijs 
Having null or undefined values for enrollment IDs causes trouble with
Telemetry. The easiest approach is to assign all objects that could have an
enrollment ID but don't a filler value. This value will be ignored by tooling
and should be fairly obvious to humans reading the code.

Any newly created studies and rollouts will have enrollment IDs set. The
migrations introduced here will ensure that any old studies and rollouts get a
value. Therefor all of them will have an enrollment ID that is non-null. This
simplifies the code that deals with enrollment IDs, instead of scattering null
checks all around the code.

e84c533259 Bug 1594035 p1 - Register UI listener sooner in Normandy init to avoid race conditions r=Gijs 
Without this patch, the UI finished listener is only registered after the
migrations are completely run. If the UI finishes intializating before this
happens, then our listener will never fire, and we'll miss the event. This
causes initialization to never proceed.

With this patch, we register the listener synchronously (before the first
`await`) and so are guaranteed to receive the event, no matter how long the
migrations take to run.

Make test.withHandingUserInput more restrictive than the rest of the test namespace
(which is also going to be available if an XPCSHELL_TEST_PROFILE_DIR environment var
is defined).
