Nika Layzell 22a4aacd26 Bug 1908725 - Part 4: Switch some basic uses of OtherPid over to OtherChildID, r=smaug 
There are many other uses of OtherPid which could be switched over to
OtherChildID, but these were a couple of obvious low-hanging fruit use-cases
which will work better when using OtherChildID.
