how much it invalidates, but this is necessary for the time being because the

I am also stopping nsTableRowFrame from putting blue border around itself since cells are a high enough granularity. made a change to nsIFrame GetPosition to remove some useless parameters ect. this caused me to change nsDOMEvent.cpp and some other places.
