8c63b6897d Change MachineBasicBlock's to not be Annotations, instead they are kept as 
part of a linked list tracked by MachineFunction.  MachineBasicBlock::get
is now linear time instead of constant time, and thus is deprecated!

e567179aaa Improve and fix error in allocating stack slots: adjust alignment after adding 
base address of the relevant region (instead of assuming that each region

7092772475 Optional args are no longer allocated as they are discovered. 
(This can be improved to avoid making the initial pass over the method.)
Also, ensure automatic vars and reg. spills areas are not extended
if their sizes are used for computing some other offset.

62b7fd136e Change references to the Method class to be references to the Function 
class.  The Method class is obsolete (renamed) and all references to it
are being converted over to Function.

Method::inst_* is now in llvm/Support/InstIterator.h
GraphTraits specializations for BasicBlock and Methods are now in llvm/Support/CFG.h
