9f15f1f0f3 [analyzer] Teach scan-build how to pass -analyzer-config to xcodebuild.
The scan-build tool assists various build systems with applying the Clang
static analyzer alongside compilation. It offers explicit integration with
Xcode's native build system aka `xcodebuild`; in this case it doesn't
substitute the compiler, but instead kindly asks xcodebuild to enable
the static analyzer, something that it already knows how to do.

Make sure scan-build's `-analyzer-config` flag (which translates to a
similar `clang -cc1 -analyzer-config` flag) is properly translated
to Xcode build system. This unbreaks a few related features such as
checker silencing.

No LIT tests because they'd require an Xcode installation on your system.

As proposed in D126215 (ffe7950ebc62380c3afc7c71f454a1db3f6f5c76),
I'm dropping the `-analyzer-store` and
`-analyzer-opt-analyze-nested-blocks` clang frontend flags.
I'm also dropping the corresponding commandline handlers of `scanbuild`.

This behavior is planned to be part of `clang-16`.

4a678f8072 [cmake] Use GNUInstallDirs to support custom installation dirs.
This is the original patch in my GNUInstallDirs series, now last to merge as the final piece!

It arose as a new draft of D28234. I initially did the unorthodox thing of pushing to that when I wasn't the original author, but since I ended up

 - Using `GNUInstallDirs`, rather than mimicking it, as the original author was hesitant to do but others requested.

 - Converting all the packages, not just LLVM, effecting many more projects than LLVM itself.

I figured it was time to make a new revision.

I have used this patch series (and many back-ports) as the basis of https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/111487 for my distro (NixOS), which was merged last spring (2021). It looked like people were generally on board in D28234, but I make note of this here in case extra motivation is useful.

---

As pointed out in the original issue, a central tension is that LLVM already has some partial support for these sorts of things. Variables like `COMPILER_RT_INSTALL_PATH` have already been dealt with. Variables like `LLVM_LIBDIR_SUFFIX` however, will require further work, so that we may use `CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR`.

These remaining items will be addressed in further patches. What is here is now rote and so we should get it out of the way before dealing more intricately with the remainder.

6fd2db04d0 Use GNUInstallDirs to support custom installation dirs. -- LLVM

---

As pointed out in the original issue, a central tension is that LLVM
already has some partial support for these sorts of things. For example
`LLVM_LIBDIR_SUFFIX`, or `COMPILER_RT_INSTALL_PATH`. Because it's not
quite clear yet what to do about those, we are holding off on changing
libdirs and `compiler-rt`. for this initial PR.

---

On the advice of @lebedev.ri, I am splitting this up a bit per
subproject, starting with LLVM. To allow it to be more easily reviewed. This and the subsequent patch must be landed together, as this will not build alone. But the rest can be landed on their own.

7309359928 [analyzer] Fix scan-build report deduplication.
The previous behavior was to deduplicate reports based on md5 of the
html file. This algorithm might have worked originally but right now
HTML reports contain information rich enough to make them virtually
always distinct which breaks deduplication entirely.

The new strategy is to (finally) take advantage of IssueHash - the
stable report identifier provided by clang that is the same if and only if
the reports are duplicates of each other.

Additionally, scan-build no longer performs deduplication on its own.
Instead, the report file name is now based on the issue hash,
and clang instances will silently refuse to produce a new html file
when a duplicate already exists. This eliminates the problem entirely.

The '-analyzer-config stable-report-filename' option is deprecated
because report filenames are no longer unstable. A new option is
introduced, '-analyzer-config verbose-report-filename', to produce
verbose file names that look similar to the old "stable" file names.
The old option acts as an alias to the new option.

7a5184ed95 [scan-build] Fix clang++ pathname again
e00629f777d9d62875730f40d266727df300dbb2 "[scan-build] Fix clang++ pathname" had
removed the -MAJOR.MINOR suffix, but since presumably LLVM 7 the suffix is only
-MAJOR, so ClangCXX (i.e., the CLANG_CXX environment variable passed to
clang/tools/scan-build/libexec/ccc-analyzer) now contained a non-existing
/path/to/clang-12++ (which apparently went largely unnoticed as
clang/tools/scan-build/libexec/ccc-analyzer falls back to just 'clang++' if the
executable denoted by CLANG_CXX does not exist).

For the new clang/test/Analysis/scan-build/cxx-name.test to be effective,
%scan-build must now take care to pass the clang executable's resolved pathname
(i.e., ending in .../clang-MAJOR rather than just .../clang) to --use-analyzer.

a079a42708 [analyzer] Analysis: Silence checkers
Summary:
This patch introduces a new `analyzer-config` configuration:
`-analyzer-config silence-checkers`
which could be used to silence the given checkers.

It accepts a semicolon separated list, packed into quotation marks, e.g:
`-analyzer-config silence-checkers="core.DivideZero;core.NullDereference"`

It could be used to "disable" core checkers, so they model the analysis as
before, just if some of them are too noisy it prevents to emit reports.

This patch also adds support for that new option to the scan-build.
Passing the option `-disable-checker core.DivideZero` to the scan-build
will be transferred to `-analyzer-config silence-checkers=core.DivideZero`.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM

But if clang-tidy find anything, but static analyzer does not, the build succeeds :/
