llvm with tablegen backend for capstone disassembler

Rui Ueyama 7a6f391451 Attempt to fix lld-x86_64-win7 bot. ... The test is failing on the bot because "/subsystem:console" was truncated for some reason. I don't know why that is happening on that machine (it is not reproducible on my Windows machine).
