docs: enhance CONTRIBUTING.md with setup instructions and testing guidance

- Add detailed installation steps with pip install commands
- Specify PEP 8 as code style standard
- Include pytest test running instructions
- Add guidance to check/create issues for large changes
- Include link to GitHub Issues for support

Addresses feedback from code review bots (CodeRabbit, Gemini, Greptile)
