fix(ci): guard find_spec so missing praisonai parent pkg skips instead of erroring

find_spec("praisonai.jobs") raises ModuleNotFoundError (not returns None)
when the parent 'praisonai' package is absent, aborting collection of the
entire tests/unit suite in CI. Wrap in a helper that treats the missing
parent as unavailable so the SDK test skips cleanly.
