fix: correct timeline row selected-highlight CSS selector in /runs

Browse Source 
The selected-row highlight targeted .rr-timeline-row.selected but rows
render with class .db-timeline-row, so clicking a timeline row never
visually highlighted it. Align the selector to .db-timeline-row.selected.
