feat: honest rename of blocks example to shadcn-deps (fixes #65) (#91)

Browse Source 
Remove misleading 'Component Blocks Showcase' claims and orphaned /blocks/** route.
This example demonstrates dependency installation only, not component showcases.

- Renamed to 'shadcn Dependencies Installation Demo'
- Removed orphaned /blocks/** route
- Updated documentation to reflect actual functionality
- Example now honestly describes what it does: auto-downloads 22 shadcn components
