4n6Tools 0db2db8323 Fix off-by-one error with xattr parsing.

The xattrs are stored as a long string with '\0' delimited names.
Be sure to remove the '\0' before converting each value to base64.

Compile and Install:
	./configure

	libcrypto	 - From OpenSSL
	libdb-5.3    - Berkeley DB 5.3
