- **Admin**: enables management of the training profile for that project such as creating and modifying subjects, skills, badges, etc.

### Assign an Admin Group
Assigning an Admin Group to a project grants all members of the group administrative privileges for that project. The Admin Group must already exist, and you must administer both the project and the Admin Group. See [Admin Groups](/dashboard/user-guide/admin-groups.html) for details on creating groups and managing their members.
To add an existing Admin Group to a project:
1. Navigate to ``Project -> Access``.
2. Open the ``Assign Admin Group`` dropdown below the ``Add User`` controls.
3. Select the Admin Group you want to assign. You can use the dropdown's search field to find a group by name.
Selecting the group immediately assigns it to the project. The group appears in the access table with the ``Administrator`` role. Expand the group's row to view its members.
::: tip
The dropdown lists Admin Groups that you administer and that have not already been assigned to the project. You can also assign a project from the group's ``Admin Groups -> Projects`` page by selecting the project from the available projects dropdown.

### Invite Only
If the project has been configured with a visibility of ``Private Invite Only``, invite and access revocation are controlled here.
