schema: add threshold stats counters

Add schema definitions for new threshold-related statistics:
- bitmap_alloc_fail: Count of bitmap allocation failures
- bitmap_memuse: Memory usage by detection_filter bitmaps
- memcap: Memory cap for threshold hash table
- memuse: Memory usage by threshold hash table
