Berylskid ef55f53336 Patches: Correct WS patches for Armored Core 2 and the sequel (#655 )

- Imported Elhecht's WS patch to NTSC-U. Fixed unfunctionality in Arena
menu level.
- Adjusted FOV based on 10:7 aspect ratio.
- 3D graphics appear slightly stretched by previous patches because they
are based on 4:3 aspect ratio.

Notice for this repo

This repo is to control patches which get distributed with PCSX2 builds.

We do not create or fix patches

If you have an issue with a patch not doing quite what you hoped, please find the original author on the forums or otherwise. We only supply the patches with the emulator. If the patch breaks the game in some way however, please make an issue so we can disable the patch.
