fix(sdk): bump the browser daemon bundle budget to 216KB (#10602)

The daemon JSON-RPC error-detail surfacing grew the browser-safe
daemon bundle from 215,998 to 220,220 bytes, past the 215KB gate, so
every install on main fails its build script and CI is red across all
PRs. Bump the budget by 1KB to cover the measured size with minimal
headroom, following the file's bump-line convention.
