* test(managed-agent): retry the items read through a lagging projection The public reader answers 503 message_projection_pending while projection catches up, and #15870 documents that as retryable. The crash fixture asserted 200 on the first response, so a coordinator restart -- exactly when projection lags -- failed the gate with 'expected: 200' instead of polling (#15909).
