6b547686c5 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

c78d44c9d4 [WebAssembly] Don't write SP back when prolog is generated only for EH
Summary:
When we don't actually have stack-allocated variables but need SP only
to support EH, we don't need to write SP back in the epilog, because we
don't bump down the stack pointer.

4d1c75ee8f [WebAssembly] Remove MachineFrameInfo arg from checking functions (NFC)
Summary:
There are several functions in the form of `has***` or `needs***` in
`WebAssemblyFrameLowering` and its `MachineFrameInfo` argument can be
obtained from `MachineFunction` so it is not necessarily has to be
passed from a caller. Also, it is more in line with other overriden
fuctions like `hasBP` or `hasReservedCallFrame`, which also take only
`MachineFunction` argument.

a064df2539 [WebAssembly] Restore __stack_pointer after catch instructions
Summary:
After the stack is unwound due to a thrown exception, the
`__stack_pointer` global can point to an invalid address. This inserts
instructions that restore `__stack_pointer` global.

26b584c691 Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments.
We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of
years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments
redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to
encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes
them all.

803f827385 Move TargetFrameLowering.h to CodeGen where it's implemented
This header already includes a CodeGen header and is implemented in
lib/CodeGen, so move the header there to match.

This fixes a link error with modular codegeneration builds - where a
header and its implementation are circularly dependent and so need to be
in the same library, not split between two like this.

9ebd8435df [WebAssembly] Emit a BasePointer when we have overly-aligned stack objects
Because we shift the stack pointer by an unknown amount, we need an
additional pointer. In the case where we have variable-size objects
as well, we can't reuse the frame pointer, thus three pointers.

f864a32c13 Change eliminateCallFramePseudoInstr() to return an iterator
This will become necessary in a subsequent change to make this method
merge adjacent stack adjustments, i.e. it might erase the previous
and/or next instruction.

It also greatly simplifies the calls to this function from Prolog-
EpilogInserter. Previously, that had a bunch of logic to resume iteration
after the call; now it just continues with the returned iterator.

Note that this changes the behaviour of PEI a little. Previously,
it attempted to re-visit the new instruction created by
eliminateCallFramePseudoInstr(). That code was added in r36625,
but I can't see any reason for it: the new instructions will obviously
not be pseudo instructions, they will not have FrameIndex operands,
and we have already accounted for the stack adjustment.

8ff73c1307 [WebAssembly] Implement red zone for user stack
Implements a mostly-conventional redzone for the userspace
stack. Because we have unsigned load/store offsets we continue to use a
local SP subtracted from the incoming SP but do not write it back to
memory.

b18e7bdac8 WebAssembly: basic bitcode → assembly CodeGen test
Summary:
Add a basic CodeGen bitcode test which (for now) only prints out the function name and nothing else. The current code merely implements the basic needed for the test run to not crash / assert. Getting to that point required:

 - Basic InstPrinter.
 - Basic AsmPrinter.
 - DiagnosticInfoUnsupported (not strictly required, but nice to have, duplicated from AMDGPU/BPF's ISelLowering).
 - Some SP and register setup in WebAssemblyTargetLowering.
 - Basic LowerFormalArguments.
 - GenInstrInfo.
 - Placeholder LowerFormalArguments.
 - Placeholder CanLowerReturn and LowerReturn.
 - Basic DAGToDAGISel::Select, which requiresGenDAGISel.inc as well as GET_INSTRINFO_ENUM with GenInstrInfo.inc.
 - Remove WebAssemblyFrameLowering::determineCalleeSaves and rely on default.
 - Implement WebAssemblyFrameLowering::hasFP, same as AArch64's implementation.

Follow-up patches will implement a real AsmPrinter, which will require adding MI opcodes specific to WebAssembly.

5d382c45da WebAssembly: fix build breakage.
Summary:
processFunctionBeforeCalleeSavedScan was renamed to determineCalleeSaves and now takes a BitVector parameter as of rL242165, reviewed in http://reviews.llvm.org/D10909

WebAssembly is still marked as experimental and therefore doesn't build by default. It does, however, grep by default! I notice that processFunctionBeforeCalleeSavedScan is still mentioned in a few comments and error messages, which I also fixed.
