RunLLVMTests [lsort [glob -nocomplain $srcdir/$subdir/*.{ll,c,cpp}]]
Add a basic-block autovectorization pass. This is the initial checkin of the basic-block autovectorization pass along with some supporting vectorization infrastructure.
