[DAGCombine] Replace getIntPtrConstant()
with getVectorIdxTy()
.
- Prefer `getVectorIdxTy()` as the index operand type for `EXTRACT_SUBVECTOR` as targets expect different types by overloading `getVectorIdxTy()`.
