Adding PoisonValue for representing poison value explicitly in IR

Define ConstantData::PoisonValue.
Add support for poison value to LLLexer/LLParser/BitcodeReader/BitcodeWriter.
Add support for poison value to llvm-c interface.
Add support for poison value to OCaml binding.
Add m_Poison in PatternMatch.
