ecf1f07299 [WebAssembly] Remove exnref and br_on_exn
This removes `exnref` type and `br_on_exn` instruction. This is
effectively NFC because most uses of these were already removed in the
previous CLs.

758d4ea1cd [WebAssembly] Support select and block for reference types
This adds missing `select` instruction support and block return type
support for reference types. Also refactors WebAssemblyInstrRef.td and
rearranges tests in reference-types.s. Tests don't include `exnref`
types, because we currently don't support `exnref` for `ref.null` and
the type will be removed soon anyway.

eff95e4130 WebAssembly: Don't store MachineFunction in MachineFunctionInfo
Soon it will be disallowed to depend on MachineFunction state in the
constructor. This was only being used to get the MachineRegisterInfo
for an assert, which I'm not sure is necessarily worth it. I would
think any missing defs would be caught by the verifier later instead.

bd828c852a [WebAssembly] Replace all calls with generalized multivalue calls
Summary:
Extends the multivalue call infrastructure to tail calls, removes all
legacy calls specialized for particular result types, and removes the
CallIndirectFixup pass, since all indirect call arguments are now
fixed up directly in the post-insertion hook.

In order to keep supporting pretty-printed defs and uses in test
expectations, MCInstLower now inserts an immediate containing the
number of defs for each call and call_indirect. The InstPrinter is
updated to query this immediate if it is present and determine which
MCOperands are defs and uses accordingly.

4be6d4a9bc [WebAssembly] Make returns variadic
Summary:
This is necessary and sufficient to get simple cases of multiple
return working with multivalue enabled. More complex cases will
require block and loop signatures to be generalized to potentially be
type indices as well.

0062c013da Change TargetLibraryInfo analysis passes to always require Function
Summary:
This is the first change to enable the TLI to be built per-function so
that -fno-builtin* handling can be migrated to use function attributes.
See discussion on D61634 for background. This is an enabler for fixing
handling of these options for LTO, for example.

This change should not affect behavior, as the provided function is not
yet used to build a specifically per-function TLI, but rather enables
that migration.

Most of the changes were very mechanical, e.g. passing a Function to the
legacy analysis pass's getTLI interface, or in Module level cases,
adding a callback. This is similar to the way the per-function TTI
analysis works.

There was one place where we were looking for builtins but not in the
context of a specific function. See FindCXAAtExit in
lib/Transforms/IPO/GlobalOpt.cpp. I'm somewhat concerned my workaround
could provide the wrong behavior in some corner cases. Suggestions
welcome.

bcab1537f6 [webassembly] Apply llvm-prefer-register-over-unsigned from clang-tidy to LLVM
Summary:
This clang-tidy check is looking for unsigned integer variables whose initializer
starts with an implicit cast from llvm::Register and changes the type of the
variable to llvm::Register (dropping the llvm:: where possible).

f857e44c40 [WebAssembly] clang-tidy (NFC)
Summary:
This patch fixes clang-tidy warnings on wasm-only files.
The list of checks used is:
`-*,clang-diagnostic-*,llvm-*,misc-*,-misc-unused-parameters,readability-identifier-naming,modernize-*`
(LLVM's default .clang-tidy list is the same except it does not have
`modernize-*`. But I've seen in multiple CLs in LLVM the modernize style
was recommended and code was fixed based on the style, so I added it as
well.)

The common fixes are:
- Variable names start with an uppercase letter
- Function names start with a lowercase letter
- Use `auto` when you use casts so the type is evident
- Use inline initialization for class member variables
- Use `= default` for empty constructors / destructors
- Use `using` in place of `typedef`

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

9667127c14 Rename DEBUG macro to LLVM_DEBUG.
The DEBUG() macro is very generic so it might clash with other projects.
The renaming was done as follows:
- git grep -l 'DEBUG' | xargs sed -i 's/\bDEBUG\s\?(/LLVM_DEBUG(/g'
- git diff -U0 master | ../clang/tools/clang-format/clang-format-diff.py -i -p1 -style LLVM
- Manual change to APInt
- Manually chage DOCS as regex doesn't match it.

In the transition period the DEBUG() macro is still present and aliased
to the LLVM_DEBUG() one.

076a6683eb Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments.
We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of
years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments
redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to
encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes
them all.

d6675baf7a [WebAssembly] Basic support for Wasm object file encoding.
With the "wasm32-unknown-unknown-wasm" triple, this allows writing out
simple wasm object files, and is another step in a larger series toward
migrating from ELF to general wasm object support. Note that this code
and the binary format itself is still experimental.

4c52f7daa5 [WebAssembly] Initial SIMD128 support.
Kicks off the implementation of wasm SIMD128 support (spec:
https://github.com/stoklund/portable-simd/blob/master/portable-simd.md),
adding support for add, sub, mul for i8x16, i16x8, i32x4, and f32x4.

The spec is WIP, and might change in the near future.

776465d7d2 WebAssembly: don't optimize memcpy/memmove/memcpy to frame index
r258781 optimized memcpy/memmove/memcpy so the intrinsic call can return its first argument, but missed the frame index case. Teach it to ignore that case so C code doesn't assert out in these cases.

bf8e0c60a6 [WebAssembly] Optimize memcpy/memmove/memcpy calls.
These calls return their first argument, but because LLVM uses an intrinsic
with a void return type, they can't use the returned attribute. Generalize
the store results pass to optimize these calls too.

75ae87426d [WebAssembly] Implement prolog/epilog insertion and FrameIndex elimination
Summary:
Use the SP32 physical register as the base for FrameIndex
lowering. Update it and the __stack_pointer global var in the prolog and
epilog. Extend the mapping of virtual registers to wasm locals to
include the physical registers.

Rather than modify the target-independent PrologEpilogInserter (which
asserts that there are no virtual registers left) include a
slightly-modified copy for Wasm that does not have this assertion and
only clears the virtual registers if scavenging was needed (which of
course it isn't for wasm).

a08d5101e6 [WebAssembly] Implement ReverseBranchCondition, and re-enable MachineBlockPlacement
This patch introduces a codegen-only instruction currently named br_unless,
which makes it convenient to implement ReverseBranchCondition and re-enable
the MachineBlockPlacement pass. Then in a late pass, it lowers br_unless
back into br_if.

51a57a6c25 [WebAssembly] Fix WebAssembly register numbering for registers added late.
If virtual registers are created late, mappings to WebAssembly
registers need to be added explicitly. This patch adds a function
to do so and teaches WebAssemblyPeephole to use it. This fixes
an out-of-bounds access on the WARegs vector.
