7d809bb14e Use ManagedStatic and lazy initialization of cl::opt in libSupport to make it free of global initializer
We can build it with -Werror=global-constructors now. This helps
in situation where libSupport is embedded as a shared library,
potential with dlopen/dlclose scenario, and when command-line
parsing or other facilities may not be involved. Avoiding the
implicit construction of these cl::opt can avoid double-registration
issues and other kind of behavior.

This reverts commit af9321739b20becf170e6bb5060b8d780e1dc8dd.
Still some specific config broken in some way that requires more
investigation.

02300509f3 [ARM] Rewrite ARMAttributeParser
* Delete boilerplate
* Change functions to return `Error`
* Test parsing errors
* Update callers of ARMAttributeParser::parse() to check the `Error` return value.

Since this patch touches nearly everything in the file, I apply
http://llvm.org/docs/Proposals/VariableNames.html and change variable
names to lower case.

aa77024491 [ARM] add target arch definitions for 8.1-M and MVE
This adds:
- LLVM subtarget features to make all the new instructions conditional on,
- CPU and FPU names for use on clang's command line, with default FPUs set
so that "armv8.1-m.main+fp" and "armv8.1-m.main+fp.dp" will select the right
  FPU features,
- architecture extension names "mve" and "mve.fp",
- ABI build attribute support for v8.1-M (a new value for Tag_CPU_arch) and MVE
  (a new actual tag).

Patch mostly by Simon Tatham.

87b8e94f84 Re-sort #include lines for unittests. This uses a slightly modified
clang-format (https://reviews.llvm.org/D33932) to keep primary headers
at the top and handle new utility headers like 'gmock' consistently with
other utility headers.

No other change was made. I did no manual edits, all of this is
clang-format.

This should allow other changes to have more clear and focused diffs,
and is especially motivated by moving some headers into more focused
libraries.

Summary:

Revert [ARM] Enable objdump to construct triple for ARM

Now that The ARMAttributeParser has been moved into the library,
it has been modified so that it can parse the attributes without
printing them and stores them in a map. ELFObjectFile now queries
the attributes to fill out the architecture details of a provided
triple for 'arm' and 'thumb' targets. llvm-objdump uses this new
functionality.
