Remove dead code.
CallGraphSCCPass does not need to implement runOnModule().
It supports runOnSCC().

'Pass' should now not be derived from by clients. Instead, they should derive
from ModulePass. Instead of implementing Pass::run, then should implement
ModulePass::runOnModule.
