2005804de6 - Re-apply 52748 and friends with fix. GetConstantStringInfo() returns an empty string for ConstantAggregateZero case which surprises selectiondag. 
- Correctly handle memcpy from constant string which is zero-initialized.

6f260767ec Revert (52748 and friends): 
Move GetConstantStringInfo to lib/Analysis. Remove
string output routine from Constant. Update all
callers. Change debug intrinsic api slightly to
accomodate move of routine, these now return values
instead of strings.

This unbreaks llvm-gcc bootstrap.

_sabre_: it has a major problem: by the time ~Value is run, all of the "parts" of the derived classes have been destroyed

5a58a65c10 Switch ValueSymbolTable to use StringMap<Value*> instead of std::map<std::string, Value*> 
as its main datastructure.  There are many improvements yet to be made, but
this speeds up opt --std-compile-opts on 447.dealII by 7.3%.

7f6a73eb5c Added an automatic cast to "std::ostream*" etc. from OStream. We then can 
rework the hacks that had us passing OStream in. We pass in std::ostream*
instead, check for null, and then dispatch to the correct print() method.

92616caa1a Split SimpleConstantVal up into its components, so each Constant subclass gets 
a different enum value.  This allows 'classof' for these to be really simple,
not needing to call getType() anymore.

This speeds up isa/dyncast/etc for constants, and also makes them smaller.
For example, the text section of a release build of InstCombine.cpp shrinks
from 230037 bytes to 216363 bytes, a 6% reduction.

9b6089d893 Now that ConstantPointerRef is gone, it is the case that all operands of constants 
are themselves constants.  This should allow us to reduce a significant amount
of casting in the sourcebase.

8f4f2153e5 - ConstantPointerRefs are now automatically removed from the module table 
when they are destroyed, which makes Constant::destroyConstant an actually
    useful external interface.  Expose these methods publicly.
  - Implement destroyConstant on ConstPointerNull so that destroyConstant can
    be used on any derived type constant safely.

db83123c94 Add a couple of virtual functions to support subclass ConstantExpr. 
Note that a ConstantExpr can be of any type, so classof() in most
other subclasses (that discriminate by type) have to check that it
is also not a ConstantExpr.   This is why isConstantExpr() is needed.
