Chandler Carruth ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo 
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Summary:
This patch is provided in preparation for removing autoconf on 1/26. The proposal to remove autoconf on 1/26 was discussed on the llvm-dev thread here: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2016-January/093875.html

Owen Anderson 81b8dabb53 Add a pointer to the owning LLVMContext to Module. This requires threading LLVMContext through a lot 
of the bitcode reader and ASM parser APIs, as well as supporting it in all of the tools.

Patches for Clang and LLVM-GCC to follow.

Bill Wendling 4effa38086 Replacing std::iostreams with llvm iostreams. Some of these changes involve 
adding a temporary wrapper around the ostream to make it friendly to
functions expecting an LLVM stream. This should be fixed in the future.

Reid Spencer d414793dbc For PR950: 
This patch implements the first increment for the Signless Types feature.
All changes pertain to removing the ConstantSInt and ConstantUInt classes

Reid Spencer 94a443bb29 Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, 
BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate
these changes. This was done to speed up link times.

Reid Spencer 73ae4417c4 Fix PR456:\ 
Tools and libraries will be built into $(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/bin and \
$(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/lib, respectively. Furthermore, the example \
programs will go in $(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/examples to keep them \
separate from the tools and hopefully out of the PATH. Install targets \
have not changed.

Reid Spencer 8a934d5632 Moved the "SmallExamples" out of the /projects directory and into a new 
/examples directory. History was maintained. These programs do not need to
be configured but things in /projects must be.
