54673ba6ca Don't tell the linker about available_externally definitions. If we do, it will

d91fccb5c3 Don't show -pedantic, -W and -Wall on the output of 
llvm-config --cflags --cxxflags --cppflags

We shouldn't impose those flags on people who use llvm-config for
building their own projects.

1c9a5199b5 Do not include DataTypes.h in llvm-c/lto.h. 
This means avoid using uint32_t. This patch reverts r112200 and fixes original  problem by fixing argument type in lto.cpp.

e396e846b4 split dom frontier handling stuff out to its own DominanceFrontier header, 
so that Dominators.h is *just* domtree.  Also prune #includes a bit.

4d8db8b43c autoconf: Add --disable-embed-stdcxx to suppress linking libstdc++.a into llvm.dll with --enable-shared on Cygming. 
Cygwin has stdc++.dll in it's distribution, and we can assume distro's stdc++.dll might be available.
