704e107457 AArch64 ILP32 relocations for assembly and ELF
Summary:
Add relocations for AArch64 ILP32. Includes:
  - Addition of definitions for R_AARCH32_*
  - Definition of new -target-abi: ilp32
  - Definition of data layout string
  - Tests for added relocations. Not comprehensive, but matches
    existing tests for 64-bit. Renames "CHECK-OBJ" to "CHECK-OBJ-LP64".
  - Tests for llvm-readobj

60d312012b [Support/ELF/AMDGPU] Add 32-bit lo/hi got and pc relative relocations
Added relocation names:
  - R_AMDGPU_GOTPCREL32_LO
  - R_AMDGPU_GOTPCREL32_HI
  - R_AMDGPU_REL32_LO
  - R_AMDGPU_REL32_HI

AMDGPU isa only supports 32-bit immediates. In order to access 64-bit address we need to generate 32-bit lo/hi relocations, and do the right math (separate patch). Currently we only generate one 32 bit relocation for lower bits for each access, losing higher bits. Hence we need relocations listed above.

d875c88104 [Hexagon] Adding relocation for code size, cold path optimization allowing a 23-bit 4-byte aligned relocation to be a valid instruction encoding.
The usual way to get a 32-bit relocation is to use a constant extender which doubles the size of the instruction, 4 bytes to 8 bytes.

Another way is to put a .word32 and mix code and data within a function. The disadvantage is it's not a valid instruction encoding and jumping over it causes prefetch stalls inside the hardware.

This relocation packs a 23-bit value in to an "r0 = add(rX, #a)" instruction by overwriting the source register bits. Since r0 is the return value register, if this instruction is placed after a function call which return void, r0 will be filled with an undefined value, the prefetch won't be confused, and the callee can access the constant value by way of the link register.

a474cf9c4d [PowerPC] undef Relocation names in PowerPC*.def
glibc's PowerPC /usr/include/asm/sigcontext.h, has this:

  #ifdef __powerpc64__
  #include <asm/elf.h>
  #endif

and that contains defines of all of the relocation symbols, like this:

  #define R_PPC_NONE              0

and if that file is included prior to including
include/llvm/Support/ELFRelocs/PowerPC*.def, which we cannot in general
prevent, the result will fail.

As it turns out, this happens when compiling
lld/unittests/DriverTests/GnuLdDriverTest.cpp under PPC64/Linux, because:

  lld/include/lld/ReaderWriter/ELFLinkingContext.h includes
  lld/unittests/DriverTests/DriverTest.h which includes
  utils/unittest/googletest/include/gtest/gtest.h which includes
  utils/unittest/googletest/include/gtest/internal/gtest-internal.h which includes
  /usr/include/sys/wait.h which includes
  /usr/include/signal.h which includes
  /usr/include/bits/sigcontext.h which includes
  /usr/include/asm/sigcontext.h which includes
  /usr/include/asm/elf.h

the test could be fixed to include ReaderWriter/ELFLinkingContext.h before
including unittests/DriverTests/DriverTest.h, but dealing with this in the
*.def files is a more-general solution that localizes the fix to the headers
instead of requiring changes to an unbounded number of other source files (both
in-tree and external).

da953f13b9 Update AArch64 ELF relocations to ABI 1.0
This mostly entails adding relocations, however there are a couple of
changes to existing relocations:

1. R_AARCH64_NONE is defined to be zero rather than 256

R_AARCH64_NONE has been defined to be zero for a long time elsewhere
e.g. binutils and glibc since the submission of the AArch64 port in
2012 so this is required for compatibility.

2. R_AARCH64_TLSDESC_ADR_PAGE renamed to R_AARCH64_TLSDESC_ADR_PAGE21

I don't think there is any way for relocation names to leak out of LLVM
so this should not break anything.

Tested with check-all with no regressions.
