e263c35c03 Add support for range expressions in TableGen foreach loops. 
Like this:

  foreach i = 0-127 in ...

Use braces for composite ranges:

  foreach i = {0-3,9-7} in ...

ed475ad173 Define a new intrinsic, @llvm.debugger. It will be similar to __builtin_trap(), 
but it generates int3 on x86 instead of ud2.

e8880a9916 change the objectsize intrinsic signature: add a 3rd parameter to denote the maximum runtime performance penalty that the user is willing to accept. 
This commit only adds the parameter. Code taking advantage of it will follow.

e86f226fbd [docs] Remove POD based man page docs (and build system support). 
- Currently this leaves us with less build system support (e.g., installing man pages) for the docs than is desired. I'm working on fixing this, but it may take a while. If someone finds this particularly egregious let me know and I will prioritize it.
