fdda543cea add enough support for indirect branch for the feature test to pass 
(assembler,asmprinter, bc reader+writer) and document it.  Codegen
currently aborts on it.

673c036bc7 Remove FreeInst.

8428eb5720 Remove AllocationInst. Since MallocInst went away, AllocaInst is the only subclass of AllocationInst, so it no longer is necessary.

f955a6ef49 llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable. 
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

ae8a3ff177 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE. 
Make llvm_unreachable take an optional string, thus moving the cerr<< out of
line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.

d46a7b2d22 Remove the vicmp and vfcmp instructions. Because we never had a release with 
these instructions, no autoupgrade or backwards compatibility support is
provided.

6564581be0 Enable first-class aggregates support. 
Remove the GetResultInst instruction. It is still accepted in LLVM assembly
and bitcode, where it is now auto-upgraded to ExtractValueInst. Also, remove
support for return instructions with multiple values. These are auto-upgraded
to use InsertValueInst instructions.

The IRBuilder still accepts multiple-value returns, and auto-upgrades them
to InsertValueInst instructions.

591bfa1e0b Changes to support making the shift instructions be true BinaryOperators. 
This feature is needed in order to support shifts of more than 255 bits
on large integer types.  This changes the syntax for llvm assembly to
make shl, ashr and lshr instructions look like a binary operator:
   shl i32 %X, 1
instead of
   shl i32 %X, i8 1
Additionally, this should help a few passes perform additional optimizations.

4428c3483b For PR950: 
This patch removes the SetCC instructions and replaces them with the ICmp
and FCmp instructions. The SetCondInst instruction has been removed and
been replaced with ICmpInst and FCmpInst.

992d9788b3 For PR950: 
The long awaited CAST patch. This introduces 12 new instructions into LLVM
to replace the cast instruction. Corresponding changes throughout LLVM are
provided. This passes llvm-test, llvm/test, and SPEC CPUINT2000 with the
exception of 175.vpr which fails only on a slight floating point output
difference.

6e34ef887b For PR950: 
First in a series of patches to convert SetCondInst into ICmpInst and
FCmpInst using only two opcodes and having the instructions contain their
predicate value. Nothing uses these classes yet. More patches to follow.

b8938f3fec Remove virtual destructor from InstVisitor. This class should never be 
used through a base pointer/reference so inproper destruction should
never be an issue. Removing this last virtual function also saves 4
bytes off each InstVisitor instance.

97433b8e95 Change the Opcode enum for PHI nodes from "Instruction::PHINode" to "Instruction::PHI" to be more consistent with the other instructions. 
This allows removal of a special case from the instvisitor
