The getFileTimestamp and getFileSize functions have been removed from \
FileUtilities.{h,cpp}. They are replaced by Path::getTimestamp and \
Path::getSize,respectively.

Fix a bug that caused stuff like this:
...
main at ./eh.cpp:1414 -> printf("a\n");
to be printed, instead of this:
main at ./eh.cpp:14
14 -> printf("a\n");

Changes For Bug 352

Move include/Config and include/Support into include/llvm/Config,
include/llvm/ADT and include/llvm/Support. From here on out, all LLVM
public header files must be under include/llvm/.
