Gordon Henriksen 90d6c0aea2 Track dependencies when creating symlinks to LLVM libraries next 
to the ocaml bindings. This is required on Windows where 'ln -sf'
actually creates a copy. Thanks to Alain Frisch for noticing this.

This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow
programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM
infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
