Georgii Rymar 0c77a265d1 [llvm-readobj] - Fix letters used for dumping section types in GNU style. 
I've noticed that when we have all regular flags set, we print "WAEXMSILoGTx"
instead of "WAXMSILOGTCE" printed by GNU readelf.

It happens because:
1) We print SHF_EXCLUDE at the wrong place.
2) We do not recognize SHF_COMPRESSED, we print "x" instead of "C".
3) We print "o" instead of "O" for SHF_OS_NONCONFORMING.

This patch fixes differences and adds test cases.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
