Matthijs Kooijman 1dd7d9cdc1 Move FindScalarValue from InstructionCombining.cpp to ValueTracking.cpp. While 
I'm at it, rename it to FindInsertedValue.

The only functional change is that newly created instructions are no longer
added to instcombine's worklist, but that is not really necessary anyway (and
I'll commit some improvements next that will completely remove the need).

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the HTML documentation provided in docs/index.html for further
assistance with LLVM.
