Bob Wilson 653f309975 Fix the Ocaml bindings for the ExecutionEngine: with the change to build 
libraries instead of relinked objects, the interpreter, JIT, and native
target libraries were not being linked in to an ocaml program using the
ExecutionEngine.

This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow
programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM
infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
