Craig Topper 33f60fca12 Fix shuffle decoding logic to handle UNPCKLPS/UNPCKLPD on 256-bit vectors correctly. Add support for decoding UNPCKHPS/UNPCKHPD for AVX 128-bit and 256-bit forms.
