Summary: Replace a LEA instruction of the form 'lea (%esp), %ebx' --> 'mov %esp, %ebx' MOV is preferable over LEA because usually there are more issue-slots available to execute MOVs than LEAs. Latest processors also support zero-latency MOVs. Fixes pr29022.
