Justin Bogner 1773e2c387 cmake: Make /usr/share/cmake installable with LLVM_DISTRIBUTION_COMPONENTS 
Add a cmake-exports install component and appropriate targets for
LLVM_DISTRIBUTION_COMPONENTS to work with.
