Raphael Isemann 6b6b415926 Revert "[llvm] Add a way to speed up the speed in which BumpPtrAllocator increases slab sizes"
This reverts commit b848b510a8d52dbf50ee53a9a1ce844abb60d9bd as the unit tests
fail on the sanitizer bots:
/b/sanitizer-x86_64-linux-fast/build/llvm-project/llvm/unittests/Support/AllocatorTest.cpp:145: Failure
      Expected: SlabSize
      Which is: 4096
To be equal to: Alloc.getTotalMemory()
      Which is: 4097

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
