Craig Topper 723f98cc58 Increase number of allowed registers in register classes to 64k instead of 256. Widen register class ID to 16-bits. Widen register size and alignment to be up to 64k bytes instead of 256 bytes. This partially reverts r152019 to be less restrictive.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
