Dan Gohman ed310b8bca SelectionDAG shouldn't have a FunctionLoweringInfo member. RegsForValue 
shouldn't have a TargetLoweringInfo member. And FunctionLoweringInfo::set
doesn't needs its EnableFastISel argument.
