Manman Ren ad40523f14 Swift Calling Convention: add swifterror attribute.
A ``swifterror`` attribute can be applied to a function parameter or an
AllocaInst.

This commit does not include any target-specific change. The target-specific
optimization will come as a follow-up patch.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
