Reid Kleckner 1963bafdf3 Remove buggy 'addAttributes(unsigned, AttrBuilder)' overload 
The 'addAttributes(unsigned, AttrBuilder)' overload delegated to 'get'
instead of 'addAttributes'.

Since we can implicitly construct an AttrBuilder from an AttributeSet,
just standardize on AttrBuilder.
