Matt Arsenault bcaaea3448 AMDGPU: Stop checking intrinsics not used by HSA for dispatch-ptr

Only the dispatch.ptr intrinsic is supposed to be used now to get
the workgroup size, and the read.local.size intrinsics do not
work correctly.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
