Jakob Stoklund Olesen bd6db6eeb9 Use a SparseSet instead of a BitVector for UsedInInstr in RAFast.

This is just as fast, and it makes it possible to avoid leaking the
UsedPhysRegs BitVector implementation through
MachineRegisterInfo::addPhysRegsUsed().

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
