Chris Lattner be2bafbe92 Delete the IPO simplify-libcalls and completely reimplement it as 
a FunctionPass.  This makes it simpler, fixes dozens of bugs, adds
a couple of minor features, and shrinks is considerably: from
2214 to 1437 lines.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM.
