George Rimar c6cce39124 [yaml2obj/obj2yaml] - Support dumping/parsing ABI version.

These tools were assuming ABI version is 0,
that is not always true.

Patch teaches them to work with that field.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
