Evan Cheng c9bc5a9011 Goodbye TargetAsmInfo. This eliminate last bit of CodeGen and Target in llvm-mc.

There is still a bit more refactoring left to do in Targets. But we are now very
close to fixing all the layering issues in MC.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
