Owen Anderson dbc264003e Major improvements to yesterday's return slot optimization. Remove some unneccessary constraints,

- When DAG combiner is folding a bit convert into a BUILD_VECTOR, it should check if it's essentially a SCALAR_TO_VECTOR. Avoid turning (v8i16) <10, u, u, u> to <10, 0, u, u, u, u, u, u>. Instead, simply convert it to a SCALAR_TO_VECTOR of the proper type.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM.
