NAKAMURA Takumi f6029269cb Fix CRT selection logic when using CMake NMake generator.

CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES is only set on Visual Studio generators.  For NMake CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE is used instead.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
