Introduce the debug info flag that indicates that a parameter has unchanged value throughout a function. This info will be used to emit the expressions with DW_OP_entry_value. This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
